  The outfit was well made and the fit was very good. I would rate the dress 4 stars for the material and workmanship. The dress picture shows a lace petticoat around the bottom which was not present on the delivered dress. I brought this issue to support and was told I should have requested it when ordering. This was not specified in the product information. I requested that the petticoat lace be sent to me to complete the original order. Since I stated this to support in multiple messages I have not received any reply or information regarding this request. Since the picture showed the outfit with the petticoat and the description did not say it was not included I should receive the product as shown. I give 1 star to the company support group.
